Dudai to Oman

I have heard you can get a bus from Dubai to Oman. Has anyone tried this and if so what are the problems?

You would do well to post this in Dubai or Oman forum. However -

there is no problem in the bus travel between Dubai and Oman. You need the valid passport and visa eligibility (or a pre-obtained visa) for either country. If you are a British passport holder, you have no problem. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months for each entry into UAE or Oman. UAE arrival visa is free, but exit stamping may require payment. You may have fees for Oman visa. Many people are travelling every day between Oman and Dubai by bus.
