Buying an Adaptor Plug on Shabbat in Jerusalem

It looks like the adaptor plugs I have will not fit in Israeli plugs, so I will have to buy one when I get there. I will need one like this:

Will I be able to buy one like this on Saturday? Maybe in the old city someplace? I don't want to waste a lot of time hunting around for it.

You don't need a three pin adapter for everyday portable electronics. Those sockets are designed to accept both 2- and 3- pin plugs; many small electronics (iphones, laptops, lamps etc) in Israel are supplied from the outset with 2-pin plugs (the Europlug). From experience, things which take a heavier electric load burn out adapters of the kind you linked to (I killed several of that adapter with a kettle). Just use a standard Europlug adapter and you'll be fine.

NB if you do buy a 3-pin adapter, it should have round, not flat pins. The flat pin one that you linked to won't fit in most modern Israeli sockets, it is hard to find now as the flat pins were phased out decades ago, and has much poorer contact within the socket than the round pin plugs.
