There is no bus from the airport directly to Eilat. You would have to get from the airport to the city of Tel Aviv to the Central Bus Station. The most cost effective way to do that is to take the train from the airport to the Tel Aviv Hagana station. From there it is a very short walk to the bus station where you can get the bus to Eilat.

Keep in mind that you need reservations for the bus to Eilat. Also - this will only work if you are not arriving Friday evening or Saturday when there is no public transportation and therefore no trains.

Or you could take a sherut (shared taxi) to the Jerusalem central bus station, and take the bus to Eilat from there. In this case also, you need to book your seat on the bus in advance.

Or you could fly from the Ben Gurion Airport to Eilat. Depending on the day and time it might be worth it, especially if you have to stay overnight in a hotel until the next bus.

Flying to Eilat www.arkia.co.il , www.israir.co.il and El Al too has flights to Eilat. If you are traveling to Israel with El Al buy a ticket to Eilat as the final destination, not TLV.
