Take a taxi to Beit Shean, then a bus to Tel Aviv. You will probably have to connect in another city. You can find out bus schedules here: bus.co.il/otobusim/Front2007/homepage.asp…

NB Israeli buses do not run on Saturdays (until the evening) and Jewish holidays.

When are you planning this trip. The month of September is full of holidays and in addition to Saturday there are 4 other days with no buses .

As advised, take a taxi to Beit She'an's public transportation terminal.

From there, you have direct buses only early in the morning - at 08:00 bus #843 and at 08:15 bus #829.

Other than that - take any bus to Afula central bus station (#411 or #412) and from Afula take any bus to Tel Aviv (there are many buses frequntly going all day long).

September 17 is a normal day (not a holiday) so there will be plenty of buses.

Sept. 17 is not a holiday. You'll be fine. Rather than the website mentioned above--look at egged.co.il--for the direct early AM bus! It IS run by Egged and the site is easier to follow.

The 411 and 412 are operated by a company called Kavim, and the only website where you will find them (apart from the Kavim website which is not available in English) is at www.otobusim.co.il. They go every 20-30 minutes, taking about half an hour, so you hardly need a timetable. Just get on the next bus (Egged) to Afula, and from there take a bus (also frequent) to Tel Aviv.
