you can check Turkish airlines and Agean Airlines for the prices, you can get the best prices if you check 2-3 months before your flight. These airline companies operates from Ataturk Airport. There is also another airline company called Pegasus airlines which you can find better prices, but they operates from sabiha gokcen airport.

SueC1, Use either Pegasus Airlines, "http://www.flypgs.com/en/", or Turkish Airlines, "http://www.turkishairlines.com/en-tr/", to fly to Athens from Istanbul. Pegasus is a budget airline where you pay for the meals, but Turkish Airlines is a full service airline, selected as the best in Europe for the last three years. They both have non stop direct flights to Athens from Istanbul. They both are very good airlines, mostly on time. The one way fares would be around 100 USD at that time. You should book them as early as possible as prices increase thru time.
