someone said that at a restaurant, if it gets cold, they give you pasminas to wear. does that mean i will find them to BUY in Istanbul???

Hi Again: lots of pashminas for sale in Istanbul, in fact you can get one anywhere, Grand Bazaar, local shops. I would never travel anywhere without my "pash". Good for cool evening walks, for cold restaurants, for breezy ferry trips, for covering heads at religious sites, also good on airplanes. I wrap myself up in mine and take a snooze. LL

Pashminas of every colour and quality where ever you look :) As Lemonlady says - essential travel wear. They can be as cheap as a couple of dollars or big money depending on quality. But even the cheap ones - if lacking in cashmere - are pretty good quality and are ideal for every day use
