sparkling blue sands in Maldives

Can anyone please advise where can i go and see the sparkling blue sands (bioluminescence) in maldives? I'll be in Hulhumale for 3 nights, Maafushi for 2 nights and Kuredu RResorts for 3 nights. Thanks

haha yaa luck counts! I hope i would get to see it during the upcoming trip in end Dec. It would be the best present for myself for the year 2013 or even the best gift to start a new year^^

Flyflyfly821: it looks like your question is answered: the bioluminescent plankton is all around the Maldives so it's a matter of luck whether it's at your resort when you're there.
