Fitness Center/Swimming Pool in Vientiane??

Hi,

I will be staying in Vientiane for couple of months in city inn/ Lane Xang Princess Hotel. Is there any fitness center/swimming pool in this area other than the one in Lao Plaza hotel?

Regards

Not within walking distance. Sengdara Gym is about 2km away and would be your best option.

Lan Xang itself has a pool behind but it is kidney shaped and not ideal for laps.

As well as Sengdara (the only fitness centre that has a pool as well as a gym) there is a new gym at km4 on Tha Deua Rd which has just opened and is very good - no pool though.

As Lao_Info pointed out, Sengdara is the best pool/gym choice. They also have a sauna and steam room and daily admission is 30,000Kip. The Novotel also has a small gym and a pool.
