Do we really need a guide in Phnom Penh?

We have 4 days in Phnom Penh.

We have already tackled the markets and Wat Phnom by ourselves using a TukTuk outside the hotel. He has offered his services to Toul Sleng Museum and to the Killing Fields. Just wondered if we really should be using a "guide" or can we find our own way around these sites?
