Travel time from Yerevan to Stepanavan via Dilijan

Hi, we're a group of 4 travellers. Can anybody let us know:

Travel time from Yervan to Stepanavan

Travel time from Stepanavan to Dilijan

Travel time from Dilijan to Yeravan

Any suggestion on the best mode of transport?

Thanks in advance

yerevan to stepanavan is almost 2 hours and then stepanavan to dilijan can take an hour depending on conditions. The trip back to yerevan from dilijan takes another hour and goes along lake sevan. A very good form of transportation is hiring somebody to drive you around it is very cheap in armenia especially if you split it amongst yourself or other people. I have taken a regular taxi to dilijan but I would not rely on that as your transportation back unless you call them before hand than they will probably be willing to drive you back to yerevan. You can also take small buses to these areas of the country

Hi again Sev8196, another quick question for you. If we take a taxi from Dilijan to Yerevan, would you know if it's possible to spend some time along Lake Sevan (we keep the taxi with us for the duration of the stop/s) or would it be a better idea to make a separate trip from Dilijan to enjoy the sights of Lake Sevan. Thanks again for your help.

I think it is best if you take another trip because a taxi will not wait for you, unless you hire a driver for the day. If you are able to you should spend a day in Sevan looking at some of the sights including a church that is located on a cliff and relax on the beach also there is a place called Noratus half an hour away from Sevan that is the largest ancient armenian cross stone cemetery in the world. If you need any more help with new places to go or an itinerary feel free to ask.

Hello!

If you need a car with a driver for those trips, I can recommend you a good car giving you the contacts.
