HI on the voa form it asks for intended residential address in vietnam (staying in hotels) do i need to fill in this ?

And at the bottom where i sign can i fill this in now and put my home town ect or is it done at airport on arrival ?

what happens with the two photos.

sorry want it get it right to save stuffing a round at airport..

It is your hotel address, if you don't know just use any hotels address, you only need 1 photo.

Most have it filled in before they leave home, otherwise you end running around looking silly and getting stressed.

Do you print out the NA1 form on two pages or back-to-back? Or does it matter?
