Lao Cai--Hekou--Yuanyang HELP!!

hi everyone...i will be travelling to hanoi on 12th and return 20th march.

my plan is HANOI---LAO CAI---SAPA---HEKOU( border of china)---YUANYANG

will it be able to do it on this 9 days trip?

my question is below , hope that u guys can help.

Which Type OF Transport SHOULD I TAKE TO VISIT PLACES THAT I MENTION?

HOWS THE SAFETY AT HEKOU AND YUANYANG?

ARE there MANY CHOICE OF GUESTHOUSE AT hekou and yuanyang?

Hanoi to Lao Cai by train

Lao Cai cross over the bridge is Hekou.

Lao cai to Hekou immigration is around 1km only.

No idea about YuanYang and accomodation.

Would suggest go to Yunnan from Hekou

Sapa is out of the way and you cannot cross over to China via Sapa

thanks leo pang for reply me.actually im interested to visit yunan but i wonder that i dont have much time.actually how far is yunan from hekou?which transport to take?and is there any places to visit at hekou? hekou is a small town?
