family break

Hi

We will be spending 2 days in Pattaya after 6 days in Bangkok. Therefore we are looking for a reasonably priced accommodation (around USD100)either on or very near the beach as we have 2 pre-teen girls who love the sea and the sand. But we do want the possiblility to eat in local cafes and restaurants

We do not mind staying in town as long as no loud music

Thanks

MUM

Pattaya Park hotel offer over 700 rooms on 2 buldings and bungalows ans is in a quiet place. You have direct acess to the beach, about 5 minutes walk and about 10-15 minutes walk you are on the small center of Jomtien with many locals and international restaurants. Jomtien is only 4-5 KM from Pattaya. Rooms from about 50 USD. Rabbit resort , a neighbour of Pattaya Park is a great choice, nice bungalows in a splendid park, quiet and right on the beach, Rooms from about 80 USD.

As Pi milan says, also Cabbages and Condoms....good accomodation in modern bugalows or hotels type rooms, own beach and sea-view pool and restaurant.

Beaches on Pattaya are very urban and crowded, you might try Jomtien or Cosy beach and Sugar beach in between Pattaya and Jomtien .
