First time in Bangkok

Husband & I, in our late 50s, staying in Bangkok late Nov. After looking in TA have chosen the following 3 hotels Amari Watergate, Pathumwan Princess & Novotel B on Siam Square. Has anyone stayed at any of them & which one do you suggest?

Hi

We stayed in both Pathumwan pricness and Novotel Siam both are in good location. Both hotel are next to BTS ( sky train) both are surrounding with shopping malls and street stalls.

Pathumwan princess is adjacent to MBK mall. The princess might be a bit notch over Novotel. Can't comment in Amari watergate.

Last trip we stayed in Siam @ Siam hotel ( 5 mins down for MBK ) highly recommended.

Cheers,

Loved the Pathumwan Princess. Its so convenient with its access to MBK, which can then take you to the skytrain and Siam Discovery, Siam Centre, Siam Paragon. The hotel is lovely with great views from the higher floors.

Of these three I would go with the Pathumwan Princess, good Hotel in a good location close to BTS station. If pushed for a second choice it would be the Novotel again good location.

Siam & Siam basicly opposite MBK is also a nice alternative.
