Advanced passenger information (APIS)

hI - Going to be flying out in about 3 weeks time and flying with Thai Airways using Hayes & Jarvis as the agent and cannot see on either companies websites where we complete our APIS information - has anyone got any suggestions? I've emailed both customer services.... thank you

Hi. When we booked with Thomson Tailormade previously, we had to ring customer services to get them to do it for us as we couldn't see online where to do it. Also we've booked flights with Netflights & E-Bookers & again had to ring to forward this information. Have a great time. Carol

...and never had to forward any information to anyone except name, address and credit card details when booking tickets.

Never heard of an APIS requirement for entry into Thailand.

I have only ever had to do this going into the US. I would be fairly sure there is no such system when flying into Thailand.

APIS usually applies when you book your own flights and some airlines require it as part of their booking procedures. It doesn't normally apply to packages ad if it is you are asked for it. If you are not asked for it no need to try and do it yourself.

does anyone know if API details need to be completed when travelling to Thailand with both Qatar Air and Bangkok Airways as I am struggling to find where to complete this on their website

You complete API with Qatar when you do On line check in. Don't know about Bangkok Airways. You should also be able to do it when you sign on for advance seat selection.
