Visa application form

Line item (22).

Two recent passport photos, one of which must be certified on the back as a true likeness of the applicant.

Certified photocopy of applicants passport.

Letter from the host.

What constitutes a certified copy and how does one get it certified?

Will a stamp from a Notary be sufficient?

1. Re: Visa application form

You don't need photos, you don't need anything really - just $50 for single entry visa.

The application is really a formality. And just curious how you answered Line item (10)?

Purpose of visit:

On Holiday

How do they distinguish between the 3? What if I tick the wrong box?
