I arranged a trip through Sahara Friends Tours. I got our passports translated, and jumped through all of the hoops necessary to ensure a tourist visa in plenty of time for the tour. (As per Sahara Friends tours instructions). 10 days before the trip, I still didn't have my visa, so I made alternate arrangements. (As I had already started the trip in Egypt.) I received word that a visa was available approximately 3 days before the tour was to begin. Naturally I explained to Sahara Friends Tours that I would be unable to do the tour, for all of the reasons explained above. Initially they made an effort to repay the deposit, but I have not heard from them for several months, tho I have emailed many times. Anyone have any idea how I might put some pressure on them to refund the deposit? Thanks
