BMI/Ethiopian airways flight and Addis Ababa

Hi

I'm travelling from London to Addis Ababa on the overnight BMI/Ethiopian airways flight. Anyone taken this flight with Ethiopian airways - if so how is it?

The reason i ask is i didnt book the journey (its my research group) and I am a little hesitant about the Ethiopian airways part - are they okay/safe etc?

Sounds silly I know!

Hi there,

Ethiopian Airlines is one of the safest airline in Africa, Security, safety and service. With its huge services gives to all African airlines a full maintenance service. and its one of the first class airlines.

So relax and enjoy your flight. You will gonna like them. I have been flying with EAL since 2002.

Any questions, or information for your travel, Happy to give a hand.

Ethiopian are great.

BUT be aware

IF it was booked as a BMI ticket you only get 20K baggage.

Ifbooked asEthiopian you get 46KG !!!! but it must be 2 x23 kg bags... plus 7kg hand baggage.
