The most reliable airline (by a long way) is South African Airways or their partners SA Airlink and SA Express. You can find them at: http://www.flysaa.com and you can book online too.
There are several other SA based internal airlines such as www.kulula.com but they don't serve foreign destinations.
SAA, BA, Nationwide, Air Zim and SA express all fly into Vic Falls now.
For South African Internal flights would suggest you also try Kulula (https://www.kulula.com) for flights, BA (http://www.britishairways.com), SAA (http://ww2.flysaa.com), 1time (https://www.1time.aero)
For accommodation try www.venues4africa.com
I was unaware that BA was doing Vic Falls, but I'm not surprised.
Personally, (and I'm not involved with them in any way), I'd far prefer to fly SAA or BA. I've flown various Africa carriers for years and I've worked with several national carriers outside of SA, and I can assure people that the only airlines that are properly maintained are those which are registered in SA.
When it comes to flights out of Johannesburg SAA would be my first choice every time. Just my 2c worth...
It's not clear what your route is, but if you plan on travelling through Botswana the following might work:
JNB - Vic Falls (LVI for the Zambian side, VFA for the Zim side)
Travel from Vic Falls to Maun through Botswana
Maun-JNB (you will probably need an agent to book this one or it will cost a fortune)
In Botswana, you could go from Vic Falls to Kasane by plane or road transfer, and from there you would most likely use light aircraft transfers to move in a westerly direction, first to the Linyanti - Chobe area and then into the Delta before heading to Maun.
