Current Train Schedule from Tunis to El Jem

Does anyone have the most current train schedule heading south from Tunis to El Jem?

I leave in a week and plan on taking a train in about a week and half from now.

You will be on the winter shedule see this link view the Tunis to Gabes list for the winter

To have a decent amount of time there during daylight hours you will need to catch the early train leaving at 6 am from Tunis arriving at Le Jem 9am the train back 15.36.

The other choice is Louage taxi. You will need a yellow taxi to the Louage station then find one going to El Jem or Sfax via El Jem. To come back ask the driver where you catch the taxi back. Remember to visit the museum as well.

Its worth it plus you pay for both attractions when you by a ticket at either of them.

Leave the station area turn left go past the mosque then second right. Down the road you will see the museum with the Tunisian flaf over it. Option 2 The museum may not open until about 10 am so go to the arena area first once you have seen that plus the shops( never pay more than half what they ask)

Make your way back to the station area then proceed to the museum as directed. Either way the journey time will be 3 hours each way.You pay a denar extra for using a camera. Remember to keep your ticket to get into the second attraction.
