ayesha_london: rather than wait hoping that someone who visits the forum today can help you, it's much quicker if you check before asking questions whether the topic has been raised before (and answered). So stick 'riu palmeraie dress code' into the search box and you will find several threads on this.

Sillybait: I don't know what your comment refers to, your account doesn't show any record of you asking about this before?

Hi

Stayed here end of June. No there is no dress code as such ( no insistence on long trousers for men etc ) but you must wear a top and footwear in the restaurants. I believe they do serve fresh juices as well as all the other soft drinks and ice cream is available from the restaurant by the pool which is open most of the day . Very nice it is too !

Hope this helps,

Is Club hotel Riu Palmeraie the same as Riu Tikida Palmeraie? If so.....................

Just got back today. Men normally wore at breakfast, shorts, vest or t-shirt and sandals/flipflops. Women the same.

At lunch, the meals are in the snack bar so as long as ou cover your swim stuff up you'll be fine.

In the evening, men normally wear 3/4 length trousers/shorts and a t-shirt. Women normally wore skirts/summer dresses.

Basically, the dress code is the same as normal 3-4 start hotels you would find across European holiday destinations.

Whatever is comfortable.
