Dont worry - Riad Fes does accept credit cards. Philpetrus was (bizarrely) talking about Riad Pacha (you´ll see it in his first post) which does claim to accept credit cards...but often insists upon cash payments.

I think perhaps he did not read your first post carefully where you said you had already booked Riad Fes...and were asking about the two wings.

I personally like the older wing - but I can see how people are attracted to the newer wing. It is very chic and stylish...but in my opinion lacks the charm of the older wing. But then, I´m the kind of person that likes buildings with "character" (i.e. no right angles, sloping floors and ceilings, tile so old the colour has worn off...). If you like your buildings a bit more on the modern side (but with snazzy Moroccan touches) go for the newer wing.
