safety

i'll (25) be staying with my sister (23) at the Royal Garden for the first three nights of our trip in May. I looked at it on the map in oahu revealed and it definitely seems FAR off the beaten path. If we are walking around getting dinner at night...how safe is it in that area to return after dark? I might sound paranoid, oh well. I booked it through priceline so we are stuck...

Red

you wont be too far from Niketown and that sports place

for a hang out

and a good eats call Eggs n Things is also close by

on kalakaua

but as far as International Marketplace it is a hike.

oh oh also a fun spot to and closer than IM

is the Duty Free place.

Hopefully after you get to your better hotel you will

have MORE fun.

early evening shouldn't be a problem....lots of foot traffic...if u will be returning after 10 u may want to catch a cab from the main strip(kalakaua) that area of kuhio avenue which u would have to cross is a bit sketchy late at night.....taxi fare within waikiki should be less than $10.
