Leo really made a mess of his maths in that GI article. Pretty disappointing since he had the correct figure for the 0.714% land tax and the roughly 13 million assessment. Seems he chose to divide the $13M by 7.14 to get $1.8M rather than multiplying by 0.00714 to get $92,820 (close to Amber's $97K and change data).

But the big news is that Robert Plant was in town negotiating a deal to buy it and hopefully turn it into a recording studio. What better spot for the remaining 3 to channel Bonzo and write some new Zep tunes?

So it's not just the GIN's writing skills that are a problem , it's math skills too. That was pretty basic math to botch up.
