Weather.com says it is going to rain there everyday for the next 10 days! Are these just afternoon showers or are you really having that much rain? Please say no!!

Weather.com is wrong, it actually rains here every day of the year. You get more rain in Hilo (East) than in Kona (West) and you get more rain in higher elevations than in lower elevations. All that said, forget weather.com, you don't even need an umbrella or a raincoat here.

Not only does Weather.com not get it right, if you check the local news channels, they don't usually get it right either. They do real well with Oahu weather, but don't pay much attention to the rest of us.

Also, if you don't like the weather, either wait five minutes or move five miles and it will be different.
