We have stayed out on Washington Rd. at Hampton Inn but not travelodge. Hopefully one of the locals will post.

Have you tried anything in Aiken, SC?

If you have to choose between the two stick with Washington Rd. But it is not nice. Good news: It is next to wild wings. .

The Wingate on Jimmy Dyess has rooms still....but you have to call the hotel direct. Decent hotel for a wingate. $300/night last I heard.

Ramada downtown also has rooms and also you have to call direct. That hotel is decent too.

Folks, Columbia County hotels (at exit 194 off I-20...7 miles from Augusta National) still have availability. Check out the CVB website http://visitcocoga.com/accommodations/ for a list of hotels and their phone numbers. A quick census shows ALL hotels have availability throughout the tournament with rates ranging from $175 (Red Oak Manor B&B in Harlem @ exit 183) to $500 (limited availability for practice rounds) @ the Holiday Inn Augusta West. A BROAD RANGE of rates and accommodations are available so check out the web site for more details!
