Where should we stay in Roatan

My girlfriend and I just booked flights to Roatan for 4/25 to 5/3. Where should we stay? We are budget minded, so we're looking for a great value but are open to anything under $150 a night. Any recommendations?

Do you want to be on the beach? Do you want private? Do you want nightlife" Do you want restaurants nearbye? Do yo want a room? Condo? Hotel? Resort? House? Villa? What do you plan to do? Do you plan to dive or snorkel from wherever you stay? Are you going to rent a car or plan on walking to most places? do you need a kitchen to cook some?

Definitely want to be near the beach at least. Privacy is nice but now a must. Definitely want restaurants and nightlife within walking or taxi distance. We're open for a room, condo, really anything that's not too expensive but clean and nice and in a good lcoation. Snorkeling would be a plus. We plan on walking most places and will not have a car (could taxi thought). A kitchen would be another bonus, but not a must.

For $150 a night , yes you can get a beach front place, at in Fosters West Bay, West Bay Village, Luna Beach or one of the AIs (Bananarama, Paradise, etc)

For a little savings off the beach, try West Bay Lodge (West Bay) and many places in West End
