How bad is the hurricane damage? Is it still easy to get around, or are some roads blocked?

From what I hear, the country east of the Continental Divide didn't receive much damage. Tikal, Rio Dulce, Livngston are all OK. Antigua isn't bad but there are several towns in the immediate area that are in really bad shape. We have been organizing volunteers in the Central Park and transporting them to Jocotenango and Pastores to help dig out from the mud. Anyone that is here or coming in the near future can volunteer their time. Money is also needed for supplies...food and medicine. PLEASE no clothes! I myself am asking for donations to the volunteer Fire Department to buy them waterproof boots and/or gasoline for the trucks. They are delivering water to local towns that have had the water systems destroyed.
