Ignacio's Cabins

Hi! I am researching places for a January 2008 trip. Does anyone have any thoughts about Ignacio's Cabins. They look cool (like little fishing cabins on stilts), but I sure woud like some additional info. Any other places that you might recommend. I really would like a "cabin": type of place, with a great sea view, safe, simple, private.......that's my wish list.

1. Re: Ignacio's Cabins

Ignacio's Cabins are cute, basic and cheap. They are located to the South of the village so you would have a fifteen minute walk each way to get to the center of the village. A lot of people seem to like them. Otherwise, you might want to try Mara's or Costa Maya. These are nice also, and are closer to the split and the village.

Thanks and cheers,
