I used Crystal before. They were great. This trip they were out of cars during our stay. I kept checking, but went ahead and reserved with AQ. Reserved an "older" 2014 Chevy Equinox at a decent rate.

Everything went well. Check in was a breeze. Declined all additional insurance using my United Explorer Visa card. They brought the car. It was a decent car, not a beat up wreck. Inside was very nice, outside a few little scratches. And we were allowed to drive off of paved roads.

Return and check in went smooth too. No issues.

I would rent from AQ again, no question.
