I'd you don't ski....what to do

If your husband is skiing each day at Snowmass, what would you suggest of you are not a skier?

Anywhere to take an art class? Knitting? Tours?

Aspen itself is a fun town to walk around and window shop.

There's plenty of other stuff to do in Aspen and Snowmass. If you like to be outside, but just not going downhill - try a snowshoe tour with ACES (www.aspennature.org) - they are offered at various places around town. There is also a cross country ski center in Snowmass as well as a rec center with a great outdoor pool. Unfortunately, our knitting store in town closed down last fall so there is no where to take knitting lessons. I don't know of any places that offer art classes, but there are plenty of galleries and a museum (www.aspenartmuseum.org) in town to check out. The Historical Society offers various tours around Aspen, too. There is a cooking school at the AABC so if you are interested in something like that I would check out http://www.mmcateringaspen.com/. Alsom check out http://www.aspenchamber.org/ they have a ton of stuff listed on their site as well.
