My husband and I will be in Anaheim/LA with our grandkids, ages 6, 8, and 14, July 9 thru July 15. The tentative plan is to hit the parks on Thur 7-10, Fri 7-11, and Mon 7-14. I am trying to plan my strategy to see Fantasmic, WOC, meet Anna and Elsa, and ride RSR without waiting hours in line. I have read so much my brain is cluttered. I need help, please! I am purchasing tickets thru my company’s Corp Alliance program. It saves $158.00, but I don’t think we have a magic morning. We will get to the parks early, but we are old, so we won’t be running at rope drop to be first in line. I will, however, leave DH behind and walk really, really fast. With a 6 year old, I don’t think we should do the single rider line for RSR either.
I’ve read I should get fast passes for WOC and RSR at park opening. What is the best way to get them for both? Maybe do them on different days? If we get in the regular RSR line first thing (as fast as we can) on a non MM day, any idea what the wait time would be?
Since I probably won’t have a MM, would you expect the Anna and Elsa lines be shorter on DCA’s early entry day, or would it matter? Would you do the early or late Fantasmic show on my dates?
Where can I find the crowd level forecast that you guys refer to? And last, I’m seriously considering using Ridemax. I understand I can tell it I want a slow pace, but I would prefer to wait “a little” longer for rides close to each other vs walking back and forth all over the park for shorter lines. What is your opinion on Ridemax for old folks that tire easily? Oh, and any other advise or suggestions would be appreciated. We are staying at BWPPI if that matters.
