Outlet stores

We are coming to Disneyland staying at Hyatt house in October wanting to get sneakers before going to parks so have a free day on our first day. What outlets are near/easy to get to etc we do have a car so don't mind driving? Looking for a Nike store or Skechers

I would go to the Outlets at Orange. If you do not have a car you can take the ART bus.

The Nike store just moved into bigger digs on the other side of the mall, where Sports Authority used to be.

There is also Asics, Converse, Finish Line, Nordstrom Rack, Off Broadway Shoes, Puma, Shoe Palace, Shoeteria, Tillys, Timberland, Under Armour, Vans and Zumiez where you can buy tennis shoes.

I agree with traveller. The Outlets at Orange will give the greatest choices for all sorts of "athletic shoes," "sneakers," "tennis shoes," "leisure shoes," "walking shoes," whatever you want to call them. .

Exactly 9 minutes in normal traffic from the corner of Harbor and Katella. (My old office is another minute further down the road from the Outlets and we used to eat at the Alerto's on the corner—we had it timed to a science.) If you go down Harbor, West, or Haster and turn left on Lampson, you will end up right at the Outlets parking lot.
