Mystic Lake says "indoor" pool, but it's right at the casino.

I think the hotels near Caterbury Racetrack might have an outdoor pool option. Or there are probably a couple others near Shakopee or Burnsville.

Just open up the hotel map tool and take a look.

For example, use this link for Shakopee:

tripadvisor.com/LocalMaps-g43519-Shakopee-Ar…

Then click hotels to highlight them.

I suspect that many hotels with pools exist "near" casinos, when you consider all the casinos in the state.

Grand Casino Hotel in Hinckley has an outdoor pool at the RV resort/chalets. I would think anyone who's a paying guest could use it. Unless you goto a lodge up north, there are not many hotels with outdoor pools. It's just not practical in MN.

Not sure if you're flexible, but you might have more luck finding this in Iowa.

Not sure about the proximity to casinos, but check into the Residence Inns in Eagan and Eden Prairie. These are southern suburbs of the Twin Cities metro. I remember not wanting to book one of them in the winter due to the pool being outdoors.

I've stayed at the Residence Inn in Eagan and can confirm yes, outdoor pool. About 20-25 minutes away from Mystic Lake Casino. The Residence Inn in Eden Prairie also seems to have one. About 15 minutes away. I still wonder about the definition of "near".
