Has anybody used this agency for booking trips in the Baltic States? I can't seem to find any reviews but it seems they have been around for a while.
Hi
We booked our holiday through them last year and would have no hesitation in recommending Egidijus and his team. The service throughout was one of the best we have ever experienced with a travel company. Suggestions were spot on and no sales pressure at all. They know the region extremely well and we felt we could really rely on them when it mattered. I will definitely use them again if we return to the area. Let me know if I can help further.
YES! We used this service on a trip to the Baltics just this past May (May 2016). The trip was fantastic. We have a great deal of experience in both self guided trips and group trips. This trip was planned and organized to perfection. We took the two week trip through the Baltics as arranged by the agency. The person with whom we worked, Egidijus, was flawless. We were met at the airport by the car rental representative, The car was virtually brand new, clean and in perfect working order. It even came with a GPS to help us along the way. Egidijus even met us at the first hotel after we drove in from the airport. The hotels selected were all, as promised with nothing left to chance. I could not have been happier.
This company is first rate in every way and our trip came off without a single snag. They even arranged for the car to be picked up at our hotel and then they drove us back to the airport.
I could not have had a better experience. Do not hesitate to use them.
Yes, I also used the services of this company in the organization of a customized self-guided baltic trip last year and I make mine the comments posted above by the other two respondents. Egidijus is indeed very trustable and always fast in responding to any inquiries.
I highly recommend their services.

Hi there,
Yes, we booked a superb trip last October starting in Vilnius and ending ten days later in Tallin. The pre departure information was excellent. the greeting on arrival in Vilnius was super and all enquiries were answered honestly and quickly. The three Baltic states and their peoples are just wonderful. You will enjoy it and Egidijus was on hand to answer all queries. You will enjoy it. That is a promise. We have it in mind to go back and do the same trip again, next time taking much longer to do more. I have never repeated a holiday in my life, but this one is for me to repeat. I have toured the world over the past 55 years and this repeat journey will be my first.
We booked the 16D/15N Self-Drive Baltic Tour last July and we couldn't be happier! It was our first trip to the Baltic Countries and we started planning in March. There are actually a lot of information online but it wasn't too useful for compiling our itinerary. Fortunately we found 123Baltics, and Egidijus was super helpful, he made our planning so much easier! All our emails were answered promptly and the itinerary he organized for us was most enjoyable and memorable! I couldn't thank him enough!
Four of us started our journey on July 9, 2015 in Vilnius and ended in Tallinn on July 24. The entire trip went smoothly without any hiccup. We had such a wonderful time. All the hotels we stayed at matched or exceeded our expectation. The car was very cozy for four of us with huge luggage.
We will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the Baltic Countries.
My husband and I booked a self-driving trip through the Baltics with 123Baltic Travel for May 2015. Egidijus arranged our hotels, city tour guides, and rental car pick up at the Vilnius airport and drop off at the Tallinn ferry terminal. We liked all of our guides and had a great trip. I recommend this agency wholeheartedly. They are also quick to reply to emails..a big plus!
Yes, I have taken 123 Baltic service on my last trip 2 months ago June 2016. They are great company with great staff. 4 of us sign up a 13D/12N self drive trip. All of us do appreciate their planning and support.
My husband and I recently completed a 10 day Baltic Self-Drive tour with 123Baltic - just this past week. This company is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. From the first moment we contacted them, to the last day of our trip, we experienced only great things. We were undecided as to whether we wanted to do the Baltics on our own (but didn't know much about the countries and realized it would take a lot of research) or to possible go with a group tour (typical on the bus type thing) - but really didn't want to go that way. So when we discovered 123Baltic and began corresponding with them, we realized this type of trip was perfect for us. The level of service, the hotels, the extras such a maps and clear itineraries, plus suggestions as to what to see and do was excellent. We felt that we received a great overview of all three of the Baltic countries - both the traditional cities, as well as some wonderful 'nature breaks'. We could not have put such a diverse itinerary together on our own -- the 123Baltic folks really understand how to put a rich, varied agenda together. We fell in love with all three of the countries - the cities, the people, the food and drinks, just everything. All three countries have similarities, but each also has its own personality and vibe. If you are considering going to the Baltics (and you should strongly consider this wonderful part of the world) then don't hesitate to reach out to the 123Batlic team and start a dialogue about your travel needs. You will love the experience. Highly recommend them.
Yes, we just did an 8-day self-drive tour with 123Baltic.travel (late Aug/early Sep 2016) through Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania, which we enjoyed immensely. We found 123Baltic to be a reliable tour operator offering good value, as well as:
- consistently prompt responses to queries/requests via email & sms before and during the tour,
- flexibility in allowing us to book our own accommodation in 2 cities,
- prompt clarification of prices and payment,
- 24-hour contact number - though we never had to use it, having an English-speaking emergency contact provided peace of mind while driving through 3 unfamiliar countries,
- accommodated a late change of route,
- provided GPS coordinates for destinations, sightseeing & restaurant recommendations
- provided maps & useful advice, eg on filling up at unmanned petrol stations
We picked up the car in Tallinn and returned it in Klaipeda before taking a coach to Kaliningrad. There was an initial hitch in Tallinn -- the rental car did not have GPS -- but the test of professionalism is how you recover from a mistake and 123Baltic did so extremely well. A GPS device was soon found and we were only an hour late setting off. Egidijus of 123Baltic sent an apology with a fruit platter waiting for us in our hotel room, which was a nice surprise. Apart from that, the trip was seamless, GPS worked fine, and our Toyota Auris compact was great. Egidijus also came to see us at our B&B in Vilnius and arranged a last-minute booking of a car & driver for a day tour outside Vilnius. So we can certainly recommend 123Baltic and would use its services again.
We just returned from a trip through the Baltics that was planned by 123Baltic. Our dates were 10/22-29. We thought it was an excellently organized trip for a very reasonable price. We relied on Egidijus to select our hotels and itinerary and we were very pleased. The Baltic portion of our vacation was the 3rd week of a trip to Russia. We started planning the whole trip in late July and I was relieved to have 123Baltic take care of all our arrangements in the Baltic countries.
We arrived in Tallinn by bus and were met at the station by a driver that took us to our hotel. The hotel was great and in a wonderful location to tour the old town of Tallinn. The car rental agent met us at the hotel. The car was clean and new and included a GPS. We drove Tartu, Estonia with no problems and again stayed in a hotel that was a perfect location and exceptionally appointed. Our next stop was Riga, Latvia and our hotel was close to the old town, the shopping district, the central market and the art nouveau area. I loved the location. (I didn't like the hotel. I thought it was a bit shabby, but I think most other people enjoy it if you read reviews). Our last stop was Vilnius, Lithuania and we stayed at a charming hotel that was a former monastery and again the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Egidijus met us there which I thought was a very considerate detail of the itinerary. He was a pleasure to meet. The whole trip went very smoothly and we loved his recommendations for sights along the route. He accommodated a late change of plans (we decided to leave from Vilnius rather than driving back to Tallinn) . I would recommend his services without hesitation.
