Travel from Warsaw to Budapest

I'm staying in Poland this summer (north of Warsaw) for work and have free time in August in which I want to travel to Budapest. However, I am not sure which is the best/most affordable way: train or flight. I have a 4 or 5 day window for the trip, so time is not really a factor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are two direct trains a day from Warsaw to Budapest (one in the day, one overnight). There are SparDay and SparNight promotional offers on these trains, so if you can grab one of them, it will probably be your least expensive option (compared to flying or bus).
