Budapest Dress Code

Hi All,

We are visiting next week and will be out and about enjoying the nightlife...

Do places let you in with shorts on? Obviously dressy shorts not swimwear...

Hi Chris,

Most nightlife places will allow proper shorts. However, if you go to some more upscale clubs (I.e., Dokk's, Symbol) you may be better advised to wear pants. Some nice venues to have a look include Corvinteto, Dokk, and Holduvar. Each have good crowds and are fun, especially after 23:00. Corvineto is open until 05:00, and with a great roof top space, it's a nice spot to wrap up the evening.

Tony,

Just making certain the young lad has the minimum on. Like I tell many, I speak American, not English. ;). All the best,
