Visit bath without bathing

I'd like to visit a Jugendstil bath just for architectural reasons. Is there a possibility to look at a bath without actually swim/bathe. Maybe there's a bath with a window to look at the bath?

I dont think that bath is in Budapest, or in Hungary.

Hi Libo,

This is what you should see:

Completed in 1918 in secessionist (Jugendstil) style. You can walk around the lobby and it is allowed to have a look of the beautiful main pool as well - through its glass door.

Hello Libo

Yes you can but you may have to pay an entrance fee do so at some additionally as with any culture if you choose to take pictures of people it is always polite to ask before as a matter of common courtesy.

As to the baths I would suggest Szechenyi for its classical neo-baroque elegance and the Gellert, a wonderful Art Nouveau structure which is outstanding but both posses great architectural charm in there own right and are worthy of a look.

For Turkish baths the Rudas all of these are easily searched out here on TA so you can look and decide which you like and may be most convenient for you.

You may also want to take a look at this it may help you out somewhat http://www.spasbudapest.com/
