I am sorry but I doubt you will find a muslim tour guide in Warsaw. With the exception of diplomats and a few immigrants from near east there are not any (ethnic Polish) muslims in this country. You may request at some travel agencies (e.g. Mazurkas Travel) or at your hotel but it's really quite unlikely.

Tatars were settling in Poland since the 13th century. They were granted nobiltiy status by Polish kings as they were excellenet warriors and loyal citizens. There are still wooden Tatar mosques in Tatar villages Bohoniki and Kruszyniany in the north-east Poland. A number of Polish intellectual and military figures have also been Tatars. Some of them fougth bravely defending Poland in WWII.
