the typical Czech pastry is the kolache ( kolač)

the limited variety of donuts you will find are only mildly sweet.... there is a chain called Rembrandt Donuts but they will not be anything what you are expecting....

AYCE buffets are not common in Czech Rep

food away from the center is cheap enough!

decentprices here, cafeteria style...upon entering you are given a slip of paper..each station will mark your item..sallad, soup, entree, and drink stations. pay upon exiting

The portions you are usually given will almost certainly negate the need for any AYCE, at least that is the case in most places I know. If you are still hungry, just order some more.
