I'll happily take any donations!

But seriously, not a good idea to post your private e-mail address on a public forum or you might lose more than a few Czech crowns.

I am going to a few countries in Central Europe. Can I use Euros or do I need different currency in each country. The countries are Poland, Austria, Germany, Hungary,Zagreb,Czech Republic. I know Austria and Germany use the Euro. Any advice??

Other than Germany and Austria (euro)

Poland = zloty

Hungary = forint

Croatia (Zagreb) = kuna

Czech Republic = koruna

You may well also pass through Slovakia and Slovenia, both of which also use the euro.

There may be places in each of these other four countries where they will accept euros, but they will charge you handsomely for it and will usually be overpriced touristy places to start with. Use local currency as far as possible. Your euros will not be of a lot of use on a day-to-day basis.

Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic have their own currencies.

In some places they may accept euros but you cannot rely on it.
