Sure, it is feasible. There is a lot to see in between, but if those are the things you want to see (and they are definitely worth it), it is manageable to go to all four places.

The best train connection from Cesky Krumlov to Vienna takes 4 1/2 hours, leaving at 9:01 and arriving in Vienna at 13:31 with transfers in Ceske Budejovice and Ceske Velenice. A bit of a pain, but better than going back to Prague and then on to Vienna.

Personally, I would stay one night fewer in Cesky Krumlov and add one in Budapest. CK is amazing, but it is a small town and a day and a half should do you fine. Budapest is a huge city with so much to offer. Vienna as well, but I much prefer Budapest to Vienna.

If you are looking for an affordable apartment hotel in a great location, check out the Hotel Residence Malá Strana. Great restaurants in the area (check out the ongoing Trinity Cafe menu thread, which has been hijacked by a discussion of restaurants in the Ujezd area).

2 nights in Cesky Krumlov is enough, unless you want to do sightseeing in the surrounding area...and depends when you go.

I would add an extra night for Vienna.

Prague to Cesky Krumlov, many people use Student agency bus - the advantage to train is that the bus will drop you off in the centre, whilst the railway station is in the suburbs, and you would have to take a taxi to the centre. Plenty of references to this bus on the forum.

From CK, you also have the option of using local shuttles which take you either to Linz (train connection to Vienna) or even take you all the way to Vienna. The advantage is that they will pick you up from your hotel and drop you off in Linz railway station. For Vienna drop offs, not sure, you would have to ask them.

Again plenty of references to the shuttles on CK forum.

I agree that 2 nights in Cesky Krumlov should be sufficient unless you want more time for hiking, biking or rafting.

Vienna is very stately, manicured, and more expensive..high end shopping.

sort of prefer the edginess of Prague and Budapest
