Snorkeling around Rincon

We will be staying in Rincon in the end of March.

Where is the best snorkeling?

I'd like to take a charter, but want to snorkel from the shore every day.

Steps Beach out towards the light house in Rincon is the local spot to just walk into the water and snorkel. Have never done a snorkeling charter out of Rincon -- know Desecho Divers and Taino Divers do trips out to Desecho island. I have been twice to Rincon in MArch (and going back again this March). PERFECT time to go. One spectacular day after another and decent waves but not too big for us non-surfers. Frankly, the snorkeling there is just average but the place is a paradise.
