Half-day trip to Salamis ruins

Hi -

I'll be travelling to Ayia Napa next week and want to head over to the ruins at Salamis for a half-day. I don't plan on renting a vehicle, what is the best way to get there (on a budget!), taxi, tour bus, commuter bus? Any leads would be great!

Thanks!

Your not too far away to be honest but a taxi would be too expensive as they're notoriously high cost for very local trips !

Many of the local travel agents do day trips to Salamis, they're very reasonable. Shop around once you arrive for the best price

Salamis is well worth a visit,. It's quite a large site , so takes quite a while to walk round, also it's very hot there so make sure you take some water and a hat.
