sydney

we are taking a trip to sydney we are only there from 10am oneday to 10am the next, so we are lokking for a nice place to stay for the night, we want to pack as much into that time as possible so we thought if we hit bondi beach in the afternoon and then did a tour of harbour bridge and opara house at night when it was all lit up, so we could do to stay some where in that region, or do you think we would be better off staying at the airport hotel and traveling up there, we have heard that you can get a day ticket that lets you on all transport for one price does anyone know if this is right and how much they are, and how easy is it to get to the city from the airport.

thankyou

When are you exactly coming.......jan/dec/august....

my suggestion is to do the open deck bus Sydney Explorer....a bus depatrs from circular quay every 20mins...you will see major attractions(25)..get off..get on .....the best way to see a city in a short time.

Approx:$36.oo family $20.oo single.

I also suggest if you have time...to squueezee........e.......e.....in a ferry ride to Manly....just to see the wonderful sights of Sydney Harbour.

City to Airport or reverse is simple. There's a really good train service, signs in the Airport... and if you do it that way, arriving at Circular Quay will give you one of the most breathtaking views from the train, as you get into the Station.
