We will be in Uluru in December for 1 night. We will arrive late morning and have booked the Field of Lights and Sounds of Silence Dinner for that night. We are debating about the next morning as our flight does not leave until about 3:00 p.m. We are considering:
1. a sunrise tour leaving about 4:15 a.m. and returning about 8:30 a.m.
2. Billy Tea/Tjukurpa tour which is about 4 hours leaving about 8:a.m... is on a double decker bus traveling around the base of the rock ,with a fully guided walk along the Mala walk to Kantju Gorge, outback style morning tea is served on the upper deck further around the base of Uluru with 360 degree panoramic views of the National Park.
3. a bush tucker/reptile tour leaving at 9:00 a.m. for 2 hours.....into the outback bush environment and discover the importance of traditional bush food to the local people and meet some of the reptiles of the region,Grind native seeds, try throwing a spear and taste a selection of these bush seeds traditional and contemporary. Meet the reptiles of the area.
Your insights are appreciated. Thank you!!
