Well, you are looking at 2 different animals here.

THe Waverley is a small boat, and caters for just a few guests, whereas the Navigator has a range off accommodation, from back-packers to en-suit staterooms.

If you like one, you will probably not like the other, and vice versa. So, small and personal, where you get to join the crew in running the trip, or large and efficient, with everything laid on.

There has recently been a rather disparaging post about the Waverley, which I though was a bit unfair. These people would obviously have been happier on the Navigator; they made the wrong choice, as we are wont to do from time to time.

Some mention was made about the lack of Wildlife (Dolphins & Seals). The operative word is WILD. This is not a zoo, and the animals are not turned on to order. Also the boats (all boats) are prohibited from chasing the animals. THey can't even go near if they see them. They can only slow down, and hope the animals come to them, and if they don't, tough luck.

Select a cruise which suits your personality, and you won't be disapointed.
