Just got upgraded to a "bureau" room

What does this mean in New Zealand??

I am staying at the Crowne Plaza, and they just notified me that I would be upgraded to a "King Bureau" room - went to their website and there are "King Corporate" and "King Club" and "King Suite" but no "King Bureau" listing. Any of you Kiwis out there who can give this haole girl a clue??

No clue. Us kiwis (actually I'm a Pom) usually stay in Motels as they are much cheaper than Hotels, have full facilities and are a great standard.

If you are staying at the Crowne Plaza in Auckland , then you will be fine, regardless of room.

It is a very functional, pleasant an dvery centrally located hotel in teh downtown area. 5 minutes walk to the seafront and very close to teh main Queen Street shops.

It is very reasonably priced and better imho than many in the area.

Great tourist hotel.
