Most convenient public transport: Ms Maude -Hillary Harbour

Good Day.

Would be grateful if I could be advised on:

1) the most convenient mode of public transport to take from Miss

Maude Swedish Hotel in CBD to Hillary Boat Harbour for early

dinner (includes a small kid), and do I take the same to return to

hotel?

2) how long does the journey take? and

3) which family friendly restaurants would be recommended for

dinner (not so expensive please :)).

Thanks in advance.

Perth public transport website:

http://www.transperth.wa.gov.au/

Has a 'journey planning' function. Good luck.

That's an awfully long way to go for dinner, and you'll be coming back on public transport after dark, which can be a little iffy. Why not plan lunch there?

You can get the train from the Perth Underground station (cnr Murray and Williams Streets) and to go Whitfords on the Joondalup line.

There are buses there that take you to Hillarys.

If you want more information, there is a visitor centre at the far end of the Hay Street Mall (across to your left when you reach the end of the Mall) ... they will help you all sorts of information about Perth.

I too would go late afternoon, the kids may enjoy a swim there as its very protected for children ... or visit AQWA, an aquarium the children will enjoy ... then have an early dinner and come home the same way ...
