Hi Spam

First time we went to Perth we were there in Feb/March - it was fab weather sunny and warm, particularly when its horrible and cold in the UK. There is a lovely breeze in the afternoon (Fremantle Doctor) didn't ever find the heat unbearable though. 40 degrees some days. Not been in April/May but I would think it would be slightly cooler - probably warmer that a UK average summer day though!

We have also been in November/December - weather wasn't quite so good - quite a lot cooler. Did have so many red wines on the patio (had to drink them inside)!

Whenever you go I'm sure you will have a ball

It will depend entirely on how warm you like it/can handle and where you're staying - if you have airconditioning, you have the best of both worlds (aircon in the car is a distinct advantage too)!

Jan/Feb are the hottest months (hot days, warm evenings with the occasional "uncomfortably hot" night of high 30's - average of 15/18-30deg.C), cools off slightly in March (15-27deg)and probably my personal favourite month. April and May is warmish days and cool nights (9/12 to low 20's) with rainfall starting to get measurable - we need the rain by that time!

These are all guideline temps for the Perth area - if you go North or East it'll be hotter, if you go South it'll be cooler.
